The war animations for WWI, WWII (Europe and Pacific), Korea and Vietnam are made possible thanks to the THOR dataset. It is important to know, however, that these datasets were not always 'ready to use'. In the animations we need starting coordinates (latitude and longitude) and destination coordinates, but these were not always available for every single mission. To solve this problem, I either had to exclude such missions or try and guestimate the coordinates. For targets, this was not possible, but for the starting locations, this could sometimes be done. Note that this means that the animations are, at best, approximations of reality. All errors in the animations are, of course, my own. Feel free to contact me to point out such mistakes. Together we can improve the quality.
